  • Cropwell Bishop pasteurised blue cow's milk has a rich tangy flavour, and a velvety-soft texture that makes it melt in the mouth. made in Nottinghamshire.
  • Westcombe cheddar this traditionally made unpasteurised cheese has a strong, caramel and slightly peppery taste. Made at Westcombe Dairy, Somerset.
  • Rachel semi hard unpasteurised goat's cheese with a washed rind. The taste is mellow with a lingering delicate goat's milk flavour made in Shepton Mallet, Somerset. V
  • Stinking Bishop this pasteurised soft creamy cheese gets its name from the pear variety used in the 'Perry Wash' for the rind. It gives the cheese its lift made in Dymock, Gloucestershire. V
  • Waterloo unpasteurised cheese similar to a traditional Camembert. Rich full fruity flora. Handmade in Hampshire. V
  • Wigmore Award-winning cheese, un pasteurised soft ewe's milk made in Risely, Berkshire V
  • Shorrocks Lancashire unpasteurised cow's milk, lemony, yoghurt and savoury flavours. Made in Goosnargh, Lancashire. V
